Loyalty program

 

As a loyal customer you can save points with every order. Please use your customer account and you'll save 1 point per euro. You can use your saved points for various discounts.

  • You can exchange 75 points for EUR 2.50 discount on your next order.
  • You can exchange 150 points for EUR 6.50 discount on your next order.
  • You can exchange 225 points for EUR 9.50 discount on your next order.
  • You can exchange 300 points for EUR 12.50 discount on your next order.

Rules of the game

By using our savings program you can save for various discounts mentioned above. The following conditions, in addition to the regular conditions, apply to the savings program.

General

It is possible to save points per customer account. Points are only awarded for orders placed on our website. The saved points will be added to your customer account after the period for the right of withdrawal has expired. The points saved will be rounded down per order (excl. VAT and shipping costs). The points you have saved can be exchanged for the available discount in the savings program against the indicated number of points.

Validity period of loyalty points

The validity period of the loyalty points is unlimited. The savings points can only be exchanged for a discount. Reward points are not transferable to other customer accounts and are never redeemed in Euros or other currencies. We reserve the right to change the number of loyalty points required for a discount.

Termination of participation

You cannot automatically terminate participation in our savings program. You automatically save with your customer account. We can delete your customer account to terminate your participation. You can do this by informing us by e-mail, your savings points will then irrevocably expire. In the event of fraudulent conduct, providing incomplete or incorrect information or otherwise violating these terms and conditions, we may remove your loyalty points from your customer account. We have the right to terminate the savings program at any time, without giving any reason. This means that all savings points are lost. Under no circumstances will we be liable for your lost points in the event of termination of the savings program.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the way we use the savings program in your situation, you can file a complaint with us by sending an email to info@lavitrinedecaroline.nl. We will process your complaint and respond substantively within two weeks. If your complaint is justified, we will make every effort to undo the reason for the complaint.

To use this savings program, we process your personal data.
