Shipping
Your package will be shipped within 3 working days after ordering. Standard insured shipping with PostNL. If you prefer DHL or UPS as carrier, please let us know (please note that extra shipping costs will be applicable).
If the content of your package has been damaged during shipment, we will file a claim with the carrier. However, this is only possible if you report the damage to us within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. We ask you to take a picture of the damaged item with the shipping box and shipping label in view.
