Chinese hexagonal jade green glazed Shiwan ware ginger jar
SKU: CW127Decorative Chinese earthenware pottery Shiwan ware ginger jar, made in the 20th century in Shiwanzhen, Foshan. The jar has a hexagonal bulbous shape and the recessed side panels are decorated with embossed floral motifs, each panel with a different species of flowering plant. The glaze has a jade green color. The base is unglazed.

Dimensions: diameter base 7 cm, height 9 cm.
Condition: good. The jars are handmade, small production-related irregularities such as baked sand grains and shrinkage cracks are normal and are therefore not mentioned.
