Crystal cruet decanter, made around 1920 in former Czechoslovakia by manufacturer Egermann. Executed in the ruby red color typical of Bohemian glassware. This deep red glass color, featuring baroque patterns and crafted using the cut-to-clear technique, was introduced by Egermann in 1832 and is known as Red Staining. The cruet is decorated with large rocailles, deer, and a castle. The handle and stopper are colorless.
Early 20th century, around 1920.
