A separate saucer for a demitasse cup, made around 1875 by Sarreguemines France. Decorated with Minton pattern 216, for which Sarreguemines purchased the rights in 1862. Pattern 216 is a floral transfer print hand-colored in polychrome. The background of this beautiful pattern is pink.
Marked with the green mark featuring the crowned coat of arms of Lorraine, which was used between 1860 and 1922. Also hand-marked in red with the pattern number 216.
Dimensions: diameter of saucer 10.6 cm.
