Art Deco silver plated coffee pot and ice water jug
SKU: TAVZ1036A silver-plated coffee pot and ice water jug, with an ice cube buffer in the spout. The coffee pot's separate lid features a Bakelite knob. The handles are designed in the style of Streamline Modern design, a movement popular during the Art Deco period inspired by aerodynamic design.
Probably produced in the United States, late 1930s - early 1950s.
Dimensions: the coffee pot has a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 17 cm (measured without the lid). Capacity 700 ml. The ice water jug has a diameter of 12.5 cm, height 19 cm. Capacity: a generous liter.
In beautiful vintage condition. Clean interiors. The coffee pot lid has no stopper and must therefore be held down when pouring.
