Tellurite handled mushroom tureen model 1139
SKU: AW76Handled and lidded tureen, made of majolica earthenware and glazed in the colors green, green-blue and brown. The tureen is designed as a woven basket and the lid has a mushroom decoration. The inside is glazed in cream.
Produced in Belgium between 1920 and 1930 by faiencerie de Thulin (Belgium) that was founded in 1887. The series of ovenproof products was named 'Tellurite'.
Marked on the base: Made in Belgium, Tellurite, model number 1139.
Dimensions: capacity 1/2 liter. Diameter 15 cm, 6.8 cm high (without lid).
Condition: in undamaged condition with an interior that has some light crackle.
