Antique off white faience plate with gold rim, decorated with image, text and music of a song about Malbrough. The plate was made around 1900 by faiencerie George Dreyfus in Paris. This faiencerie was active from 1890 to 1936. These so-called musical plates were popular around the turn of the century. The text on the sign reads: "Je lái vu porter en terre, Mirontontonton, mirontaine. Je lái vu porter en terre, par quatre z' officers".
Marked on the back.
